Seminars for chefs
Culinary Service means more to us than a well-balanced assortment. Our philosophy also includes training, coaching and exchange of information. For this reason we organize frequently seminars for chefs. During these seminars we bring professionals in contact with the latest trends and developments by means of topical themes.
But there’s more. Besides seminars we are convinced that only practical experience provides skilled professionals, so we also facilitate training-positions for future chefs. From our background as a company where trainees are offered a chance to learn the craft during day by day practice and from our own extensive know-how as examiners, we are like no other aware of fundamental and critical aspects which are needed for reaching the culinary top. These are our strongpoints, giving us the ability to adequately train people to fully develop their talents. In this field we closely co-operate with the Limbourg acknowledged private training-institute for gastronomic education, supervised by Karel van Erven. An institute famous throughout the Dutch province of Limbourg and far beyond.
