Pierre Heunen Service Culinair successfully introduced by the end of 2002 a new range of sauces under the name of Pierre’s Cuisine Culinair. A range conquering more and more users in professional circles as we speak. We’ve made an effort to optimize taste using well-considered productionmethods, hence preserving it’s natural character at the highest possible level.

Thanks to a very modern system of cooking combined with a clever way of packing according to the extremely strict hygiene-standards which apply in Finland, we can guarantee a 1-year shelf-life when stored at room-temperature. Pure without any artificial additions.

In full compliance with the needs of the professional cuisine, we offer with this new range a time saving, neutral product. The classic foundation for authentic sauces, based on French recipes.
